Gayle Harvey, Broker/Owner

Born and raised just outside of Charlottesville Va, Gayle has always had a fondness for the Central Virginia area and in particular, its natural beauty. For ten years she managed an apple and beef cattle operation in Nelson County. Eventually she left the Charlottesville, Virginia area for western Michigan to expand her agricultural career. Missing the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the "Southern" way of life, she returned to Charlottesville to sell real estate.

Having degrees in Information Systems and a MBA in e-Commerce, Gayle takes advantage of current technology to provide you with the most up-to-date market information without being "pushy." With the rapid turn-over of properties, time is of the essence for prospective buyers and sellers. Through electronic means, she will keep you informed of any changes within the market.

Over the years Gayle has achieved several Realtor designations, including being the only Realtor in the Charlottesville area to hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. She has earned several other Realtor designations demonstrating her commitment to staying informed and educated about the ever-changing real estate world and to better serve and represent her clients.
